The order from Evridge Farms has been fantastic. Upon opening the box, i was pleased to see high quality beef ready for me to cook. The brisket was a great cut and trimmed up just enough. I smoke it for the fourth and had rave reviews about how great it tasted.
The cuts of meats were spot in. There was no huge fat cap that you would see on most briskets. The steaks were cut thick and the burgers looked fantastic as well.
I was anxiously awaiting to make burgers and they didn’t disappoint.
