I could not believe how big their large brisket was. I really believe it was bigger than the 10lbs-12lbs advertised.
The brisket was trimmed well with not to much fat removed and it was not overly fat.
The brisket was marbled well and smoked up nice and moist with plenty of flavor.

The brisket was the best ! We had at least 3 meals and more since I froze the rest for later.That said I will be ordering the brisket soon. Could I have the hamburger order taken off reorder. I'm out of freezer storage! Lol Thank you so much for the service you all provide.

Excellent !

I received two briskets very fast after ordering. The arrived semi frozen and cold. Excellent condition. I was very pleased with the first brisket, it was packets tight and had a good cut. The second brisket was not the best, it came out with gaps in the thickness, large though to effect the cooking process. I was also disappointed the the string wrap was loose and air was inside the packaging. Not sure how this will effect the brisket yet but I will need to smoke it very quick so it doesn’t get frost.

Easily comparable to a wagyu brisket. Dry rub and smoked for 12 hrs. Mouth watering brisket.
